1. Emails/Letters/Video & Phone conversations.:

The following items are not allowed and will removed from any form of contact such as (letters, emails, video chats and phone conversations).

 1. Personal email addresses, phone numbers, web links, home address, basically
     anything that would allow her to contact you directly.
 2. Postal or Physical Addresses and Email address.
     2a. Address can be obtained during your meetings with the ladies.
     2b. Some addresses can be purchased with ladies consent.
 3. Telephone numbers.
     3a. Telephone numbers can be obtained in person from the ladies only.

4. You are not allowed to make meeting arrangements with the ladies prior to meeting them in person. All meetings are arranged by the office for a fee.

Note: Once you meet the lady in person in kherson you can then make other arrangements via email. Please limit your conversation to items not in conflict with services that the office offers such as interpreter services, taxi services and apartments

All other context is translator and delivered in complete context.
 

How to get a ladies private contact information. We have setup a procedure that will allow you to get any ladies address though our agency. Our policy is very simple. All you have to do is ask the lady if you can contact her directly and if she agrees she will need to contact the office and give the staff permission to release her contact information to you. Once we are given permission from the lady we will activate the "Address" button on her profile so you can order her contact information.

2. Meetings

1. All meetings will take place in the office, unless other arrangements are made in advance.
2. The meeting room at the office is available
3. No meeting can be arranged via email/video or phone conversations without the consent of the office.
4. Once you meet the lady in person. You may request from her any information you wish. We do not charge to arrange a second meeting with the lady during your primary visit. However if she refuses to provide the information to you we can not give it to you.
5. You may use any interpreter from any agency to meet with the lady. We do not require you to use ours.

3. Engagements/Marriage Listings

1. All ladies will have their profile removed and the photograph posted as engaged or Married once we are notified.
2. All notifications must provide evidence to support the claim. (copy of k-1, ect)
3. All notifications will be verified with the lady.
4. If a lady claims the engagement or marriage is false and evidence is provided to us from the men, the lady will be removed until we clarify the situation.
5. Ladies letters to men will be free only if the men have an advance or higher membership.

4. False engagements/Blacklisting

1. Any lady who has more then one active engagement will be removed and banned from the agency.
2. Any lady who receives three or more complaints from three different guys for scamming and evidence is provided will be posted on our blacklist.
3. Any lady who enters an agency with the purpose of scamming and proof is provided will be blacklisted.

Note: definition of scamming is someone who provides false information or intentions to a man/women for the purpose of financial gains.

5. Photo Listings.

1. All ladies who join our agency photo will not be removed from the web site. We provide three types of listings. (Active, Removed ,Engage/married) Only with good reason will a ladies photo be retired from the site. The reason for this is too allow other agency and client to be informed of the status of a lady. All photos taken by any staff member become the property of KG inc.

6. Refund Policy.

1. Membership. None, unless a good reason is given.
2. Security Deposit: Full refund unless their is damage..
3. Meeting: 100 percent if lady doesn't show. None if you don't.
4. Taxis, 72hr notice required for full refund. Otherwise none.
5. Client fund refund. 2 percent plus $5.00 if refunded though paypal.com  No charge if refunded via check or cash in office.
6. Apartment rental/cancellation. ZERO REFUND. If you don't show you don't get the money back.   Sorry about this but we taken too many loses on no shows.

7. Security deposit on Apartments

1. Western style apartments require a $200.00 security deposit. Ukraine style $100.00. The security deposit is returned to your client fund. You many then ask for it to be  refunded  by a check from our Florida office or Paypal.com .

2. If you arrive without a reservation you must either pay the deposit or leave your passport in the office safe.

3. The office reserves the right to request any client  to leave their passport in the office safe when renting apartment as a security deposit

8. Late checkin/Checkout

  Our office hours are 9am to 8pm. If you are arriving after hours there is a $25 late check in fee to meet you at the office after hours.

9. Photos on web site. Gift photos, Photos order

 It is our policy to keep the ladies profile photos as current as possible. Anytime we make contact with a lady in the office we will attempt to update her office profile at the same time.  The primary exception to this is when you order photos of your lady.  At this time the office will make two different sets. One set will be sent too the client and the other set will be used to update her profile.  

10. Interpreters from other agencies:

It is our policy to allow interpreters from other agencies to assist you during your meetings.

11. How to get a ladies private contact information.

We have setup a procedure that will allow you to get any ladies address though our agency. Our policy is very simple. First you will need her permission. You can email matchmaker@khersongirls.com and have us ask or you can send her a letter and  ask the lady if you can contact her directly. If she agrees she will need to contact the office and give the staff permission to release her contact information to you. Once we are given permission from the lady we will activate the "Address" button on her profile so you can order her contact information though the web interface.  What information is released is up to the lady in the not the agency. Most of the time is her home address and phone number. Only a few ladies have direct emails.  We do consider a request for a lady contact information a sign of a higher level of commitment.  Any attempt to order multiple ladies address at the same time or during short time periods will be seen more as an attempt to collect addresses then seeking a serious relationship.  Our anti-scam policy is designed to protect both the Ladies and Clients.  If you have any questions about this policy please contact me directly at kevin@khersongirls.com

12. Gifts returns or assistance on getting items back from ladies.

Do to the legal issues of gifts and items given to a lady. The agency will no longer assist and request to have items returned that where given as a Gift though the office or as a gift given directly to the ladies. It is the advice of this agency not to give a gift or item that you whould ever request returned at a later time if the relationship doesn't work out. Including Engagement rings, computers, jewelry, money or property.

13. Criminal Sexual History notification

If  you ever been convicted of a sex offence such as "Domestic Violence, sexual assault, child abuse, dating violence, elder abuse, sexual
exploitation, incest, abusive sexual contact, sexual assault, kidnapping, servitude, or an attempt to commit any such crime involving a minor or a
female you must notify the office in advance of any meetings or request for ladies addresses. It is this agency policy to notify the lady at the time of your request or prior to any meeting with a lady. If you are in American a check of the National Sex offenders database will be completed by the office prior to your first meeting with any lady from the agency or a request for contact information. By joining our membership you are agreeing to the full discloser of any convictions.

14. Non-Agency services such as tours, skating, Disco, Theater and Boat Rentals

The office will be glad to help you setup any service outside of our agencies service for you. This is a Free service as long as the staff can do it over the phone or via an interpreter. However please NOTE: Due to the local service providers and a HIGH amount of scams we do not guarantee any such services and shall not be held responsible for any failure of such service, over charges or lack of promise service. We will do our best to ensure you are getting what you want.  We recommend that you don't pay until you received the service and ensure that the amount will not change.  Be careful of any service that charges an hourly rate as you will be charge for any overtime. It is the clients responsibility to ensure he finish the service at the agreed on time. Otherwise you might get a bill at the end.
