Pricing For Western Style and Ukraine style Apartments.
All Apartment are located in the center walking distance from the office.

We can find you an Ukraine apartment for as low as $40.00 a night if you want, but you get what you pay for.
Each apartment has a DVD player and cable television. English DVD's are available for rent.
Deposit of $200 for Western and $100 for Ukraine is required. Refunded by check/paypal when you leave. Your  deposit is used as a reservation deposit until you arrive. If you fail to arrive you deposit is non-refunded .
RENT is due 30 days prior to Arrival.
(No-Shows will forfeit their rent and deposit)

Located on Ushakova #26 next to Lenin statue and Cinema. Your balcony overlook the most busy bus stop in town and local hangout. Great for meeting ladies waiting on their bus.

Located in the Downtown area.  24hr water and power. Modern appliances. Private phone. Television and DVD Player.

Great view from balconies.  Across from Lenin square and local theater.

Central AC and Heat

Located on the corner of Ushakova and Surrova, you get a balcony faces both streets. One Balcony over looks the central park and bus stop. The second balcony over looks the main walking street and shops. Plenty of ladies here walking everyday. You are located in the Center of downtown.
